Schlage D series (commercial) storeroom set with Omega style levers. Outside lever is always locked and opened only by key.  Lock is prepared for BEST style (SFIC) removable core, core not included. Backset is 2 3/4. Finish is Satin Bronze (612/US10). This is the original model, no longer manufactured.
