Refund policy

All listed items have been carefully checked and we guarantee that items will be inspected carefully before shipping. If you receive a damaged or incomplete item, we will issue a refund within 14 days of your receipt of the product (based on the shipping record). Once we receive the returned item Anne’s Hardware Surplus will then give a refund less shipping costs. Returns are subject to a 5% restocking charge. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.
